With hot coffee going Down my gullet I am half awake from My afternoon siesta Belching ingredients Of my noon meal I sit still thinking nothing Flashes of activity From yesterday and Today pass across my Mind Like news breaking, I Sit on the edge of my bed Soaking in desolate Landscape, some flooding Some ripped apart by Hot Summer or framed By hectic camera eyes What can be my role in Nature so raw and fiesty I am not even good at Shovelling the yard Inner design has a plot Ready, I ride on elephant Now, posing as Maharaja. The receding Sun kissing My cheeks I am all smiles.
